SURFAS: Spring Time Tarts – NEW CLASS!!!

Hands-On Cooking Class


Join Surfas as we make all things tarts, we will be making a sinful Chocolate and Hazelnut tart topped with creamy Meringue. In class we be practicing our meringue skills and talking about the science behind it. Next we will move onto a lime curd tart with lime caramel, we will be mastering the art of curd making and caramel as well. To top it all off we will be making a free form rustic berry galette. This class is a great way to start of spring time right, hope to see you there. Create and taste: Chocolate Hazelnut Meringue Tart, Lime Tart with Lime Curd and Lime Caramel, Triple Berry Galette.
