Join Surfas as we celebrate some of our favorite bites from some of our favorite steakhouses. In class we will make everything from scratch, we will take a classic like wedge salad and put our own special twist on it. Learn how to make amazing and simple onion rings, that will this delicous snack all to accesable for us at home to make. We will be making our blue cheese dressing from scratch, once master this recipe you will be making salads all the time at home just so you have this dressing every week. Learn the secerts behind a mouth-watering steak and how to spice it up, by making a compound butter. To top it off we will be making mud pies, slightly different than the ones we used to make as kids. This is a must class.
