SURFAS: The Basics of Bread 2-Day Workshop [Day 2]

Join us for an intensive, 2-day, hands-on workshop where you will learn how to make and bake fresh bread at home. Our Chef Instructor will walk you through making a starter and poolish and proper kneading techniques. You will also learn tips for proofing, shaping, and baking several types of bread.
