Surfas: The Basics of Bread 2-Day Workshop

An event every day that begins at 2:30 pm, repeating until November 15, 2015
Join us for an intensive, 2-day, hands-on workshop where you will learn how to make and bake fresh bread at home. Our Chef Instructor will walk you through making a starter and poolish and proper kneading techniques. You will also learn tips for proofing, shaping, and baking several types of bread. Create fragrant, crusty, hearty and delicious fresh bread… and then eat it! Make and Taste: Brioche, Pain de Epi, Irish Soda Bread, Ciabatta, Pecan Pumpkin Bread, Fresh Butter.
