SURFAS: The Secret to Creamy Risotto

Risotto is the perfect side dish or main course anytime of the year. Using the fresh flavors of spring, our Chef instructor will share tips on making cream risotto every time. You will also learn which rice to use, the perfect cooking tools, and tips on how to customize your dish at home. Put your fears to rest and witness how easy this Italian staple is to master.
