Surfas: Ultimate Turkey Workshop: From Brining to Carving

Prepare a Thanksgiving turkey from brining to carving and everything in between.  In this complete turkey workshop you will learn roasting basics, tips on selecting the perfect turkey, and how to carve your masterpiece. We will also teach you how to make delicious gravy and tips on making homemade stock. Whether this is your 1st or 50th turkey, you won’t want to miss this workshop!
