The Mixing Glass: Punch!

What better way to celebrate the holidays than with big bowl of punch that you and your loved ones can drown yourselves in while listening to Grandma Myrtle tell her fried turkey calamity story again? Don’t get caught up at your dinner parties making ten different drinks for ten different guests. Punch, made correctly with high quality ingredients, will change the way you entertain. Why exchange cookies with your neighbors this holiday when you can Punch them, instead? Punch predates the advent of the cocktail and has a rich and storied history that we will explore while learning how to make different variations. We will make both a hot and cold version and share a formula that will allow you to get creative in a pinch!

In the event that you cannot attend, classes are refundable (if cancelled 48 hours prior to class time). Credits will no longer be offered. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.
