ST Patisserie Chocolat by master pastry chef Stephane Treand offers a selection of modern and traditional French pastries, chocolates and other artistic delights. ST Glace, Chef Treand’s selection of authentic Italian gelato, is now available inside ST Patisserie Chocolat. Each batch of handcrafted gelato is made on equipment imported from Italy and stored in traditional pozzetti cabinets to ensure maximum flavor and freshness.
In addition to the patisserie Stephane also shares his passion through teaching classes at his adjacent school, “The Pastry School”. Classes range from 1 hour demonstrations for food enthusiasts to intensive 3 month programs for professionals. Additional info on the The Pastry School below.

Everyone assumes The Pastry School is meant just for students and professionals, but that is simply not true! Anyone and everyone can become a pastry chef or even learn just for the simple fun of it! These courses are made for everyone: beginners, pastry lovers, foodies, children, home-bakers, stay-at-home mothers/fathers, students, even culinary professionals. Our classes are filled with important information but are also fun. They are designed to be flexible yet detailed to accommodate to each person with enough time to absorb each class. Everything is provided for you: top quality ingredients, state-of-the-art equipment with cutting-edge training (for the Master Series you will receive your own fully equipped pastry took kit and 2 chef coats). We simply just ask for you to bring your enthusiasm to learn!
