We Olive & The Cheese Shop: Beer & Cheese Tasting

Join WE Olive on the second Thursday of each month as they team up with a brewing company for a night of beer and cheese.
The next Beer and Cheese Tasting event at We Olive is on Tuesday, October 8th from 6:00pm-9:30pm. Four beers featured from Valiant Brewing Company will be paired perfectly with four cheeses from The Cheese Shop at the Mix. Cost is $20.00. We Olive & The Cheese Shop: A History of Culture 101

The Cheese Shop’s first ever Cheese Class is happening on Wednesday, July 29th at 6pm with Certified Cheese Professional Alexis teaching guests about the history and development of cheese. Delicious fromages will be be enjoyed on the gorgeous We Olive Wine Mix outdoor patio. Classes are $45 per person. Seating is limited. Surfas: Hands-On Cooking Class Fresh Butter and Cheese Please!

See how easy it is to make fresh cheeses right in your own kitchen! You’ll be surprised how easy it is to prepare homemade cheese that tastes superior to store-bought varieties. Our Chef Instructor will teach you the basics for making ricotta, butter, queso blanco and cheese. You will also learn how to stretch and pull mozzarella and tips for embellishing your new recipes at home. Is there anything better than homemade cheese? Join us and find out.
