Cisco Home: ARTVenture
You’re invited to the city of Costa Mesa’s first juried exhibition of art, ARTventure, on November 13-15 at Cisco Home at SOCO in Costa Mesa. ARTventure will be a fusion of the arts and entertainment, showcasing the work of local Orange County artists. The artwork will be paired with live entertainment featuring musical, theatrical, literary, and culinary forms. This inaugural event held at SOCO will truly highlight why Costa Mesa is known as the “City of the Arts.”
The City of Costa Mesa Cultural Arts Committee is currently scouting Orange County for artwork to showcase. Artists have till October 1 to submit up to 3 pieces of artwork. Submissions may include a variety of media, including oil, watercolor and acrylic paintings, graphite drawings, metal sculpture, pottery, photography, fiber art, mixed media as well as literary art. Artwork will be screened and selected for the exhibit, and a collection of winners will be awarded. Whether you’re an artist yourself or a patron of the arts, all creative minds are welcome.
