Surfas: Hands-On Cooking Class Fresh Summer Salads

 

With summer’s many seasonal ingredients, creating fresh salad combinations is easy and delicious. Our Chef Instructor will share tips on grilling vegetables, cooking with ancient grains, and preparing homemade vinaigrettes.  Enjoy a generous sampling of: Roasted Corn Curry Salad – Watermelon Salad with Heirloom Tomatoes and Yarra Valley Feta – Thai Freekeh Salad – Grilled Panzanella Salad with Summer Vegetables – Cacao Nib and Summer Berry Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette. Perfect for a light dinner or a satisfying side dish, join us and make the most of summer’s produce!
